Uncovering Our Multi‑Stage Quality Control System: From Raw Material to Shipment


For overseas buyers sourcing kitchen and air‑fryer accessories, consistent product quality and regulatory compliance are always top priorities. Defective items, non‑food‑grade materials or inconsistent dimensions will bring huge losses for retailers, brand owners and distributors.

Step 1: Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Everything starts with raw materials. All silicone compounds, stainless‑steel sheets and auxiliary materials must pass incoming quality inspection before entering the workshop.

We verify material certificates, food‑grade compliance documents, hardness and physical properties. Any batch that fails the test will be rejected directly and will not go into production.



The picture shows our silicone mixing workshop. Food‑grade silicone raw materials are mixed on the open rubber mixing machine. Temperature, mixing time and material proportion are strictly controlled to guarantee stable silicone performance for air‑fryer mats, liners and other kitchen accessories.

Step 2: In‑Process Quality Monitoring During Production

After qualified raw materials are prepared, we move to forming, calendering and slitting processes. Real‑time on‑site QC checks are carried out in every shift.

Workers and quality inspectors monitor sheet thickness, surface smoothness and dimensional tolerance continuously. Our automatic slitting machine cuts silicone sheets into standard sizes for downstream molding.

 

This automatic slitting equipment precisely cuts mixed silicone sheets into uniform roll materials. Consistent thickness directly affects the final performance of silicone air‑fryer pads, including heat resistance and anti‑scratch capability.

Step 3: Finished‑Product Functional & Safety Testing

Once accessories are molded, we perform multiple finished‑product tests:

- Heat resistance test, simulating real air‑fryer working temperature
- Surface inspection: no burrs, cracks or discoloration
- Dimension measurement to match mainstream air‑fryer models (Ninja, Philips etc.)
- Food‑safety compliance cross‑check against EU food‑contact requirementsStep



4: Pre‑Shipment Random Audit & Packing Check

Before goods leave our factory, our QC team conducts random sampling according to AQL standards.
We spot‑check appearance, size, weight and packaging. Carton strength, label correctness and shipping marks are double‑checked to avoid damage during long‑distance ocean transport.
